How can you cover the entire Bible in four one-hour lessons?

This would certainly be impossible if you were covering every story in every book. The Bible 101 tells the story of the Bible at a high level without getting lost in the details. This approach allows you to move quickly through the Bible and keeps the study at a manageable pace for your students.

This study used to be free. Why do you charge money now?

We offered the study free for over eight years. Because of the increasing cost of cloud storage space, website hosting, and development tools, it is no longer sustainable to remain free. Our resources are high quality and we believe they are a great value and worth every penny.

What do I need to teach the Bible 101?

To use the Teaching Kit, you’ll need a mobile device such as a laptop, tablet, or phone and a display. The Instructor Guide includes a technology page to help you configure your presentation. We also recommend having access to a printer to print course materials.

How do I know if The Bible 101 fits my theology?

You can survey the content of the study by viewing the Instructor Guide. This guide contains each slide from the presentation and the speaking notes. Keep in mind that the speaking notes can be customized to your preferences in the PowerPoint file.

Do I need to order books to teach the course?

No, the course can be taught without the printed book using the PowerPoint presentations. We do recommend that you purchase books for your students so they can reference the content as needed. The books also provide:

• Easy references to many of the scriptures used in the presentations

• Detailed diagrams and charts

• Fill-in-the-blank reviews for each lesson

• Extra reference materials such as a glossary, timeline, Bible origins chart, and reading plan

Can I print and distribute Bible 101 material to my church?

Our Teaching Kit is a single user license. If you would like to license The Bible 101 for use in a church or ministry, please purchase the church license. For larger organizations needing to license over 30 people, please contact us for a custom licensing quote. Reselling printed or digital versions of any of The Bible 101 resources is prohibited without written permission from the author.

What denomination or tradition is this study written for?

This study was not written with a specific denomination in mind. Doctrinally, it best aligns with evangelical, pentecostal, apostolic, baptist, and non-denominational churches and ministries.

Do you have a Spanish version?
